We are pleased to welcome three new staff members to our Elder and Disability Law Office.
Jane M. Fearn-Zimmer, Esq., has joined our firm as an associate attorney. Jane has had several years of practice in the elder law field. She was most recently with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Jane is a graduate of Temple Law School and also received her LL.M in Taxation from Temple. Jane’s practice is limited to tax and estate planning, asset protection planning for elderly and disabled clients, and special needs trusts.
Elizabeth A. Baker has joined our firm as a paralegal. Working closely with Jerold E. Rothkoff, Elizabeth brings strong organizational skills and a dedicated work ethic to the firm. She has spent several years working in the elder law field in New Jersey and has extensive experience in dealing with the elderly and their families. Elizabeth is a graduate of Rutgers University in Camden with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Anthropology.
Rita Susan Lyons has joined our firm as a Public Benefits Specialist. Rita brings over 30 years of legal experience and has spent the last 12 years working in the estates and trusts fields. Her focus is primarily on Medicaid benefits and guardianships, helping clients and their loved ones obtain the best care available. Her natural empathy and personal experience mesh to assure the elderly and their families that their needs
are cared for.
