Jacinda Graham – Client Services Director

As the firm’s NJ Client Services Director, Jacinda is responsible for the daily operations of our New Jersey offices.  Jacinda is often the first person that clients and their loved ones come into contact with. It is her love of working with, and advocating for, seniors that makes Jacinda the ideal point person to ensure our clients’ needs are being addressed.

In addition to handling client intakes and serving as the firm’s air traffic controller, Jacinda assists our clients with long term care insurance claims and appeals, reviews facility admission agreements and applications, and offers additional support to other departments within the firm.

Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Jacinda spent much of the previous 12 years working in assisted living and memory care communities. She began her senior care career during her freshman year of college as a CNA with Sunrise Senior Living. After several years, Jacinda realized that this was her passion, and evolved into the role of Sales & Marketing Director upon graduating from Rutgers University. Just prior to joining the office, Jacinda was in Mercer County with a non- profit senior care organization.

Jacinda continues to support the efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association, TREC, and other elder care advocacy groups. When she is not working, Jacinda enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and supporting her favorite local sports team.
