Dr. Cacchione is a distinguished Professor of Geropsychiatric Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and a Nurse Scientist at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. With over 30 years of experience as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, her pioneering research on low-cost robots for enhancing function and social engagement in older adults is groundbreaking.
