The 9th Annual Rothkoff Law Group Elder Care Symposium is on October 15, 2026.  We want to talk about caregiving at this year’s Symposium. For a morning panel entitled “Elevating Voices in Elder Care,” we are looking for someone who is currently caring for an aging parent or loved one while continuing to work.

What does caregiving look like when you also have a career, deadlines, meetings, coworkers, and a full workweek? We also want this conversation to reflect the different ways families experience caregiving. Culture, race, ethnicity, family traditions, and expectations around who assumes responsibility for an older relative can shape decisions in ways that professionals do not always hear about firsthand.

If you are willing to talk openly about your experience, we would like to hear what has been difficult, where you have found help, what you have learned, and what you wish employers, healthcare professionals, and other families understood.

The discussion will take place during the 9th Annual Rothkoff Law Group Elder Care Symposium on October 15 at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia.
