Elder Care Coordinator

Siobhan Discigil, an Elder Care Coordinator, joined Rothkoff Law Group with many years of experience working with seniors in several capacities. Siobhan began her elder care career as a social worker for a continuing care retirement community, assisting residents with transitioning into their new homes, supporting them throughout their time within the community, helping resolve concerns/issues, and helping them gain access to public resources. Most recently, Siobhan was the care manager for an older adult behavioral health unit within the hospital setting. She was the social worker, utilization reviewer, and discharge planner for the unit and advocate for the older adults and seniors.

Siobhan graduated from Marywood University with a master’s degree in Social Work and also obtained her LSW. Siobhan completed the Elder Care Coordinator course through Stockton University and is now a Certified Elder Care Coordinator. During her free time, Siobhan enjoys spending it with family and friends, trying out and exploring new restaurants, and staying active through Pure Barre and Yoga.
