Laura Nelson graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelors in Psychology in addition to a specialty and minor in Gerontology. She has always had a passion for understanding the intricacies of common aging and the need for a guide when trying to navigate through the puzzle that is the senior living industry. As a result, Laura pursued a career in working with seniors and achieved a Care Management Certificate as well as a license to be an Assisted Living Administrator in order to become a stronger advocate for professionals, seniors, and families in need. Laura offers a variety of knowledge in the industry with experience in home care, adult day, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, as well as Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities.
Laura is proficient in programming, branding, and facilitating virtual events on multiple platforms. Laura works with her team to design and implement world-class speaking events and full-day educational symposiums geared toward professionals and the general public caring for their loved ones as well as those planning for themselves. These events feature both local and international speakers.
In addition to event programming, Laura continues to utilize her knowledge in digital marketing strategies and tactics to better promote the firm. Using her experience in business development, Laura has dared to be different by encouraging her colleagues and professional partners alike to strengthen their virtual skills and presence as the world continues to evolve. She does this by encouraging her peers to adopt the methods of both “boots on the ground” and virtual marketing as the future way to market and connect with key professionals.
Laura currently resides in Runnemede, NJ, with her husband, son, and dog. She enjoys spending her free time with her family hiking, cooking, and gardening.
