Carrie Scattergood received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

Carrie began her career as a law clerk for the Honorable James F. Mulvihill, J.S.C. in Middlesex County, NJ. After her clerkship, she spent over ten years owning and managing her own law practice focusing on, among other things, estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, and mediation. She practices law through the lens of care, community, and compassion and believes in honesty, kindness, and respect.

She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Mercer County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.

In addition to practicing law, Carrie is an advocate for attorney wellness. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time at the beach. She lives in Mercer County with her two daughters.
