Desiree’ Rhoda, MSW, LSW, CALA

Desiree’ has over 17 years of experience as a Medical Elder Care Social Worker in several capacities. She has extensive knowledge in long-term care, sub-acute rehab, assisted living, in-home care, and hospice care. Desiree’ was the Director of Social Work in an LTC facility where she served as a patient and family advocate and assisted with education and coordination of needs related to discharge planning.

Most recently, she worked as a Transitional Care Social Worker on a trauma unit in the hospital assisting patients and families with transitioning to LTACH, acute, sub-acute rehab, or home with recommended services.

Desiree’ graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Science in Social work and a certificate in Gerontology. She also attended Stockton University where she acquired a Master of Science in Social Work with a specialization in Leadership and Management. Desiree’ achieved her LSW and is licensed to be an Assisted Living Administrator.

Her free time is spent with her husband and their two children. They enjoy camping, fishing, and going down the shore. You can also find her in the stands watching her son play football and her daughter cheer! Go Braves!
