Kaitlin Dirkx

Director of Public Benefits

As the Director of Public Benefits at Rothkoff Law Group, Kaitlin Dirkx is experienced in both Medicaid and veterans’ benefits and continues to further her knowledge and capabilities as a health insurance advocate. Kaitlin directs a team of Medicaid and Veterans Specialists, works with Public Benefits professionals in our New Jersey and Pennsylvania Elder Law offices, assists with complex Medicaid and VA issues, and attends continuing legal and professional educational events. Kaitlin comes from an estate planning background as a legal assistant with experience in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California. She graduated with a BA from Temple University. A resident of Philadelphia, Kaitlin loves taking advantage of all the city has to offer. When she is not in the office, she enjoys staying active outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family.
