Shannon Reilly

Director of Public Benefits

Shannon Reilly serves as the Director of Public Benefits at Rothkoff Law Group, bringing more than 15 years of social work experience advocating for older adults and their families. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Ithaca College and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.

Before joining Rothkoff Law Group, Shannon spent over a decade as a Manager of Care Coordination and Geriatric Care Coordinator for an in-home program affiliated with a continuing care retirement community. Her extensive background in care coordination gives her a deep understanding of the practical and emotional challenges families face when planning for long-term care. Shannon is passionate about guiding clients through complex public benefits systems and plays a central role in overseeing Medicaid planning and application strategy for the firm.

Shannon lives in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the shore and being with family and friends.
