Tina Kane, MSS, LSW

As an Elder Care Coordinator, Tina Kane has over 16 years of experience serving seniors. Prior to joining Rothkoff in 2018, she spent eight years in a skilled nursing facility in Montgomery County, serving as the Senior Case Manager in a Transitional Care Unit. She provided comprehensive case management services including creating care plans, facilitating care conferences, arranging skilled and private home care or assisted living/nursing home placement and connecting patients and families with appropriate resources. Additionally, Tina has experience serving seniors as a hospice and home care social worker and is a licensed social worker in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Tina is a Philadelphia native who graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gwynedd Mercy University, followed by earning her Master’s in Social Services from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research.

Tina enjoys playing on the New Jersey Women’s field hockey league and serves as a board member on the Bowl for ALD annual fundraiser, which raises funds for research to find treatments for adrenoleukodystrophy. In her free time she enjoys the Jersey shore, movies, dining out, and getting together with family and friends.
