Join our monthly virtual dementia support group where we explore the journey of dementia with compassion and understanding. Each month, we delve into different aspects of living with dementia, from sharing our personal stories and discovering the GEMS that enrich our loved ones’ lives, to experiencing Dementia Live and embracing the factors that shape our journey. We also find joy in meaningful moments, insights and inspiration. Our group provides a safe space to ask questions, seek support, and connect with others facing similar challenges.
